These terms apply to the services of Wealth Wave Fintech, GF/26, Rhythm Plaza, Amar Jawan Circle, S.P. Ring Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382350, India ("we", "us"), offered through wealthwavefin.tech. By buying or using our services you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide software as a service (subscription access to our hosted software products), custom software development, and hosting services (shared, VPS and dedicated server hosting, domain registration and IP addresses). The scope of any development engagement is set out in a written quote or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

2. Quotes, payments and invoices

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are shown on the quote or invoice.
  • SaaS subscriptions are paid in advance for each billing period.
  • Development projects are invoiced in milestones as set out in the quote and paid by bank transfer.
  • Online payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

3. Hosting, domains and IP addresses

  • Hosting plans are billed in advance for the period chosen and renew only when you pay for the next period. Services not renewed are suspended, and data is deleted 15 days after expiry.
  • Domains are registered in your name with an accredited registrar and are subject to the registry's rules. Renewing a domain on time is your responsibility; we send reminders before expiry.
  • IP addresses are assigned to you for as long as the related service is active. They remain the property of the network provider and cannot be transferred.
  • You must not use hosting for spam, malware, phishing, copyright infringement or anything unlawful. We may suspend services used this way.
  • Shared plans are for normal website use; accounts that overload a shared server may be asked to move to a VPS.
  • Managed plans include backups. On unmanaged VPS and dedicated servers, you are responsible for your own backups and server security.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and any access or content needed to deliver the work. Delays caused by missing inputs may move agreed timelines.

5. Intellectual property

For custom development, ownership of the delivered code passes to you once the related invoices are paid in full, unless the quote says otherwise. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and SaaS products; you receive a licence to use them as needed for the delivered work.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use our SaaS products or deliverables for anything unlawful, or try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to them.

8. Warranties and liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care and fix defects in delivered work reported within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice as set out in the quote or agreement (or 15 days' notice if none is stated). You pay for work done up to the end date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
