Shipping & Delivery Policy

Wealth Wave Fintech provides software and IT services only. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

How our services are delivered

• SaaS subscriptions: access is activated online on your account immediately after payment is confirmed.
• Wavion Bot Fuel and bot activation: applied to your Wavion account immediately after the payment is confirmed.
• Shared hosting and VPS: set up within 24 hours of payment. Login details are sent by email.
• Dedicated servers: set up within 2–5 working days of payment, depending on the configuration.
• Domains and IP addresses: domains are registered within 24 hours; additional IPs are assigned within 24 hours.
• Software development: deliverables (source code, deployed applications and documentation) are handed over electronically, through a code repository, a hosting account or email, on the dates in the agreed quote.

Delays

If a subscription is not activated within 24 hours of payment, or a deliverable is late, email info@wealthwavefin.tech and we'll resolve it or refund you under our refund policy.
